We understand that allergies are an important consideration for some of our guests. We have implemented a range of measures to cater for allergies and reduce the impact of the causes of allergies for our guests.

Our cleaning staff use a state of the art ultra-violet cleaning process which is designed to mitigate dust. This is not only to create a wonderfully clean environment for our guests, but it also helps sufferers of asthma and other dust related allergies.

Our kitchen staff are trained to deal with various food allergies, such as lactose intolerance, nut allergies or providing gluten free meals for coeliacs.
