PRICES

All prices include VAT at the current rate, subject to availability, and may change without prior notification.

BOOKINGS

Guests are requested to quote their credit card number when making a booking.

All bookings are treated as provisional until we receive written confirmation. If confirmation is not received within seven days, then we will assume the bookings are no longer required.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to charge for any rooms cancelled within 48 hours of intended arrival, unless we are able to re-sell the accommodation.

NON-ARRIVALS

We reserve the right to charge for any rooms where the guest fails to arrive for a confirmed booking, unless we are able to re-sell the accommodation.

EARLY DEPARTURES

Should a guest cut short their intended length of stay we reserve the right to charge for the remaining nights, unless we are able to re-sell the accommodation.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payment by cash, debit card and all major credit cards. Credit facilities will not be granted unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Credit accounts are payable within 14 days.

DRESS CODE

We have no formal dress code but we do request all our guests to be reasonably smart in the restaurant and function rooms.

PETS

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at our hotel.
