If you would like to hire a part of the hotel for a private event, we have a number of options available for large and small groups, with or without catering included.

There are many types of private function you could hold at the hotel, including birthday parties, funeral teas, anniversary parties, baby naming ceremonies and graduation parties. Whatever your occasion, we can help to make the event extra special, accommodating whatever requirements you may have.

For a large event, the Brunel Suite is a large hall at the side of the hotel which caters for up to 250 people. It has its own entrance, fully licensed bar, cloak room, toilets and ample parking outside. The room can also be partitioned off for smaller parties.

The Cromwell Room is located within the heart of the hotel and is ideal for small parties. The room can be set out exactly as you require, with plenty of floor space, with tables and chairs for formal dining or with a hot and cold buffet counter. The room can accommodate up to 70 guests and features a fully licensed bar.
